NaTHNaC Telephone Advice Line for health professionals
Additional advice line sessions are planned, starting in January 2026

Following our reduced advice line service for health professionals over the past weeks, we are now able to include additional sessions, starting in mid-January 2026.
From the week beginning 12 January 2026, the advice line for health professionals will be open at the following times:
- Monday: 09:00 – 11:00 and 13.00 – 13.30
- Tuesday: 09:00 – 11:00
- Wednesday: 09:00 – 11:00 and 15.00 – 17.00
- Thursday: 09:00 – 11.00
- Friday: 09:00 – 10:00 and 13.00 – 14.00
Health professionals may be able to find the answer to their query on TravelHealthPro and the Yellow Fever Zone.
NaTHNaC also offers an email enquiry service for health professionals and travellers on travel vaccine certificates (yellow fever, Hajj/Umrah or polio) only.
