Yellow fever in Colombia

Between 2024 and 4 January 2026, a total of 142 confirmed yellow fever cases, including 63 deaths, were reported in Colombia. The departments of Caldas, Caquetá, Cauca, Guaviare, Huila, Meta, Nariño, Putumayo, Tolima and Vaupes have all reported fatal cases.
